  5. Touchy Feely allows users to change the modification date and time of files 
  6. to any specified value.  All of the files or selected files in a directory
  7. can be modified.
  8.  
  9. Requirements:  
  10.     Windows 3.1 or later.
  11.     VBRUN300.DLL.
  12.  
  13. Installation:
  14.  
  15. All of the files can be placed in the same directory as the Touchy Feely
  16. executable file (TOUCHY.EXE).  If you have other Visual Basic programs, 
  17. the VBRUN300.DLL, MSMASKED.VBX, and THREED.VBX files can be moved to the 
  18. Windows system directory.  If you have other belSoft programs, 
  19. BELSOFTA.VBX, and BELSOFTA.LIC files can be moved to the Windows system 
  20. directory.  If these files are moved to the Windows system directory, only
  21. one copy of the files is needed.  All others can be deleted to save disk
  22. space.
