  1. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR ANONYMITY 4 PROXY
  2. IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY
  3.  
  4. This iNetPrivacy Software End-User License Agreement (hereinafter 
  5. "AGREEMENT") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or 
  6. a single entity) and iNetPrivacy Software, Inc. (hereinafter "AUTHOR") for 
  7. the iNetPrivacy software product identified above, which includes 
  8. computer software and associated media and online or electronic 
  9. documentation, and may include printed materials (hereinafter 
  10. "SOFTWARE PRODUCT" or "SOFTWARE"). By installing, copying, or 
  11. otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by 
  12. the terms of this AGREEMENT. If you do not agree with the terms of this 
  13. AGREEMENT, you may not use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  16. SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
  17. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and 
  18. international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws 
  19. and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.
  20.  
  21. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE.

  23. 1.1 Evaluation and Demo versions of SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
  24.  
  25. Usage.
  26. You may install and use any number of copies of evaluation and demo 
  27. versions of SOFTWARE PRODUCT on any number of computers.
  28.  
  29. Copying.
  30. You may distribute evaluation and demo versions of SOFTWARE PRODUCT
  31. provided that (a) no fee is charged by you for this distribution, and (b) the 
  32. SOFTWARE PRODUCT is distributed unmodified, in the form of original 
  33. executable file or archive (original distributive form).

  35. 1.2 Full or Registered versions of SOFTWARE PRODUCT
  36.  
  37. Usage and copying.
  38. You may install and use one copy of full or registered version of
  39. SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer. You may install the 
  40. SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a server computer and use it as server software, 
  41. however, you may permit a maximum of 2 (two) computers to connect to the 
  42. server to acccess and use services of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. If you 
  43. need to allow a larger number of computers to access the SOFTWARE 
  44. PRODUCT on  the server, you must purchase the appropriate number of 
  45. Network Client Licenses.
  46.  
  47. You may make one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT solely for backup or
  48. archival purposes. You may not transfer or distribute registered versions of the 
  49. SOFTWARE PRODUCT, registration keys and/or passwords, and any other
  50. materials and/or components received by you as part of the registration 
  51. package. Any such copying, transfering or distributing of the SOFTWARE 
  52. PRODUCT shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this 
  53. AGREEMENT and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  55. 2.  DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.

  57. Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.
  58. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE 
  59. PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly 
  60. permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
  61.  
  62. Separation of Components.
  63. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component 
  64. parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.
  65.  
  66. Rental. You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. 
  67.  
  68. Usage of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT should be carried out according to the 
  69. current legislation.

  71. 3. TERMINATION . 
  72.  
  73. Without prejudice to any other rights, iNetPrivacy Software may terminate this 
  74. AGREEMENT if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this 
  75. AGREEMENT. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE 
  76. PRODUCT and all of its component parts.

  78. 4.  COPYRIGHT. 
  79.  
  80. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but 
  81. not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text,
  82. and "applets," incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the 
  83. accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE 
  84. PRODUCT, are owned by iNetPrivacy Software. The SOFTWARE 
  85. PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
  86. Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other 
  87. copyrighted material except that you may either (a) make one copy of the 
  88. SOFTWARE PRODUCT solely for backup or archival purposes, or (b) install 
  89. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer provided you keep the 
  90. original solely for backup or archival purposes. You may not copy the printed 
  91. materials accompanying the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  93. 5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
  94.  
  95. THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".  NO WARRANTY
  96. OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT 
  97. LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS 
  98. FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

  100. YOU USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  101.  
  102. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL,
  103. INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER 
  104. (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF 
  105. BUSINESS PROFITS,BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS 
  106. INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF 
  107. THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, 
  108. EVEN IF INETPRIVACY SOFTWARE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE 
  109. POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
