  9. Soundtrack Producer is a freeware program that allows audio (WAV) 
  10. files to be overdubbed onto a video clip (AVI file). Features include 
  11. audio in/out points, video and audio preview, intuitive drag and 
  12. drop interface, full support for all installed CODECS and 
  13. comprehensive online help.

  15. System Requirements:
  16. This program requires a 32-bit Windows operating system (i.e. Windows 
  17. 95/98/NT).

  19. Installation:
  20. Unzip all the files to a directory and run setup.exe
  21.
