  3. IMPORTANT -- READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE.
  4. When you press "Yes" button on this screen, you indicate 
  5. your acceptance of the following imagENGine trial version
  6. License Agreement.
  7.  
  8. This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual
  9. or an entity) and Information Systems Services Inc. Use of
  10. this software constitutes acceptance of the terms of this 
  11. agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement,
  12. do not install it.
  13.  
  14. The enclosed trial version of imagENGine software program can
  15. be used for evaluation purposes, for a period of 30 days from
  16. the day of installation. When this period expires, you have
  17. either to register this software, or to uninstall it from your
  18. computer.

  20. The Licensed Software is owned by Information Systems Services
  21. Inc. and is protected by United States copyright laws and 
  22. international treaty provisions.

  24. You may freely distribute the trial version of this software,
  25. however you are not allowed to distribute your registration code.
  26.  
  27. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble this
  28. Software for any purpose whatsoever.
  29.  
  30. This software is sold on an as-is basis. There are no guarantees
  31. that will be suitable for any particular need. You should verify
  32. that the operation of imagENGine meets your requirements before
  33. using it in  any application.
