  2. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR TaskInfo2003:

  4.  - All copyrights to TaskInfo2003 are exclusively owned by Igor Arsenin. 
  5.  
  6.  - Anyone may use this software during a trial period of 30 days only.
  7.    Following this trial period of 30 days, if you wish to continue to 
  8.    use TaskInfo2003 then you MUST register. 
  9.  
  10.  - A registered user is granted a non-exclusive license to use TaskInfo2003 
  11.    on one computer at a time, for any legal purpose. The registered
  12.    TaskInfo2003 software may not be rented nor leased, but may be permanently
  13.    transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to the terms of this license.
  14.    If the software is an update, the transfer must include all updates and all
  15.    previous versions of the TaskInfo2003 software. 
  16.  
  17.  - An unregistered, evaluation version of TaskInfo2003 may be freely
  18.    distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified.
  19.  
  20.  - To register, you must complete the registration form and send it, with the
  21.    registration fee, to one of the authorized registration sites.

  23.  - TaskInfo2003 IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED
  24.    OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE
  25.    FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS NOR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS AS A 
  26.    RESULT OF OR WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  28.  - You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  29.    decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, nor transfer the
  30.    licensed program, nor any subset of the licensed program, except as
  31.    provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in
  32.    immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in
  33.    criminal and/or civil prosecution. All rights not expressly granted here
  34.    are reserved by Igor Arsenin.

  36.  - Installing and using TaskInfo2003 signifies acceptance of these terms and
  37.    conditions of the license.

  39.  - If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
  40.    TaskInfo2003 files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
