  7. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THIS SOFTWARE

  9. This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you
  10. (either an individual or a single entity) and the mentioned author of this
  11. Software for the software product identified above, which includes computer
  12. software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online"
  13. or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). By installing, copying,
  14. or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms
  15. of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install
  16. or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  18. SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE

  20. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international
  21. copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and
  22. treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

  24. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE.

  26. This EULA grants you the following rights: Installation and Use. You may
  27. install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer at a
  28. time and only by one user at a time.

  30. 2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.

  32. Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly. You may
  33. not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT,
  34. except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by
  35. applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

  37. Separation of Components. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single
  38. product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one
  39. computer.

  41. Software Transfer. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under
  42. this EULA, provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA.

  44. Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, the Author of this
  45. Software may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and
  46. conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the
  47. SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.

  49. Distribution. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be sold or be included in a
  50. product or package which intends to receive benefits through the inclusion
  51. of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be included in any free
  52. or non-profit packages or products.

  54. 3. COPYRIGHT.

  56. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not
  57. limited to any images, photographs, animations,video, audio, music, text,
  58. and "applets" incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying
  59. printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by the
  60. Author of this Software. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright
  61. laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the
  62. SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material except that you may
  63. install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer provided you keep the
  64. original solely for backup or archival purposes.

  66. 4. LIMITED WARRANTY.

  68. NO WARRANTIES. The Author of this Software expressly disclaims any warranty 
  69. for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related 
  70. documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind,either 
  71. express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties 
  72. or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. 
  73. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT 
  74. remains with you.

  76. NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES. In no event shall the author of this Software be 
  77. liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages 
  78. for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business 
  79. information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or 
  80. inability to use this product, even if the Author of this Software has been 
  81. advised of the possibility of such damages.
