  2. End-User License Agreement

  4. NOTICE TO USERS: CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING LEGAL
  5. AGREEMENT. USE OF THE SOFTWARE PROVIDED WITH THIS AGREEMENT
  6. (THE "SOFTWARE") CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS.
  7. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT
  8. INSTALL AND/OR USE THIS SOFTWARE. USER'S USE OF THIS
  9. SOFTWARE IS CONDITIONED UPON COMPLIANCE BY USER WITH THE
  10. TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

  13. The SOFTWARE is owned and copyrighted by OBJECTRESCUE. Your
  14. license confers no title or ownership in the SOFTWARE and
  15. should not be construed as a sale of any right in the
  16. SOFTWARE.
  17.  
  18. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 30
  19. days. Following this test period of 30 days or less, if you
  20. wish to continue to use THE SOFTWARE, you MUST register.
  21.  
  22. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license
  23. to use THE SOFTWARE on one computer (i.e. a single CPU) at a
  24. time.  The registered THE SOFTWARE software may not be
  25. rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the
  26. person receiving it agrees to terms of this license. If the
  27. software is an update, the transfer must include the update
  28. and all previous versions.

  30. The THE SOFTWARE unregistered (trial) version may be freely
  31. distributed, provided the distribution package is not
  32. modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the
  33. distribution of THE SOFTWARE without written permission from
  34. the copyright holder.

  36. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell,
  37. modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer,
  38. or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the
  39. licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement.
  40. Any such unauthorised use shall result in immediate and
  41. automatic termination of this license and may result in
  42. criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  44. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by
  45. OBJECTRESCUE.

  47. U.S. government information: use, duplication, or disclosure
  48. by the U.S. Government of the computer software and
  49. documentation in this package shall be subject to
  50. restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the
  51. Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at
  52. DFARS 252.277-7013 (Oct 1988) and FAR 52.227-19 (Jun 1987).

  54. NO OTHER WARRANTIES. OBJECTRESCUE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE
  55. SOFTWARE IS ERROR FREE. OBJECTRESCUE DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER
  56. WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE, EITHER EXPRESS OR
  57. IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
  58. MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND
  59. NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO
  60. NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIMITATIONS
  61. ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY MAY LAST, OR THE EXCLUSION
  62. OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE
  63. ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS
  64. WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO
  65. HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO
  66. JURISDICTION.
