  1.         A!K MOUSE OFF-ROAD - PRODUCT LICENSE INFORMATION

  4. NOTICE TO USERS: CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING LEGAL AGREEMENT. USE
  5. OF  THE  SOFTWARE  PROVIDED  WITH  THIS AGREEMENT (THE "SOFTWARE")
  6. CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO
  7. THE  TERMS  OF  THIS  AGREEMENT,  DO  NOT  INSTALL AND/OR USE THIS
  8. SOFTWARE.   USER'S  USE  OF  THIS  SOFTWARE  IS  CONDITIONED  UPON
  9. COMPLIANCE BY USER WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

  11. 1.  OWNERSHIP.  The  SOFTWARE  is  owned  and  copyrighted  by A!K
  12. Research  Labs.  Your license confers no title or ownership in the
  13. SOFTWARE and should not be construed as a sale of any right in the
  14. SOFTWARE .

  16. 2. COPYRIGHT. The SOFTWARE is protected by United States copyright
  17. law  and  international treaty provisions. You acknowledge that no
  18. title  to the intellectual property in the SOFTWARE is transferred
  19. to  you.  You  further  acknowledge  that title and full ownership
  20. rights  to  the SOFTWARE will remain the exclusive property of A!K
  21. Research  Labs and you will not acquire any rights to the SOFTWARE
  22. except  as expressly set forth in this license. You agree that any
  23. copies  of  the SOFTWARE will contain the same proprietary notices
  24. which appear on and in the SOFTWARE.

  26. 3.  REVERSE  ENGINEERING.  You  agree that you will not attempt to
  27. reverse compile, modify, translate, or disassemble the SOFTWARE in
  28. whole or in part.

  30. 4.  NO  OTHER  WARRANTIES. A!K RESEARCH LABS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT
  31. THE  SOFTWARE IS ERROR FREE. A!K RESEARCH LABS DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER
  32. WARRANTIES  WITH  RESPECT  TO  THE  SOFTWARE,  EITHER  EXPRESS  OR
  33. IMPLIED,  INCLUDING  BUT  NOT  LIMITED  TO  IMPLIED  WARRANTIES OF
  34. MERCHANTABILITY,    FITNESS   FOR   A   PARTICULAR   PURPOSE   AND
  35. NONINFRINGEMENT  OF  THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT
  36. ALLOW  THE  EXCLUSION  OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIMITATIONS ON HOW
  37. LONG  AN IMPLIED WARRANTY MAY LAST, OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION
  38. OF  INCIDENTAL  OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS
  39. OR  EXCLUSIONS  MAY  NOT  APPLY  TO  YOU.  THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU
  40. SPECIFIC  LEGAL  RIGHTS  AND  YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH
  41. VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.

  43. 5.  SEVERABILITY.  In  the event of invalidity of any provision of
  44. this  license,  the  parties  agree that such invalidity shall not
  45. affect the validity of the remaining portions of this license.

  47. 6.  NO  LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL A!K
  48. RESEARCH   LABS  OR  ITS  SUPPLIERS  BE  LIABLE  TO  YOU  FOR  ANY
  49. CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY KIND
  50. ARISING  OUT  OF THE DELIVERY, PERFORMANCE OR USE OF THE SOFTWARE,
  51. EVEN  IF  A!K RESEARCH LABS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF
  52. SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL A!K RESARCH LABS' LIABILITY FOR ANY
  53. CLAIM, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY,
  54. EXCEED THE LICENSE FEE PAID BY YOU, IF ANY.

  56. 7.  ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This is the entire agreement between you and
  57. A!K   Research  Labs  which  supersedes  any  prior  agreement  or
  58. understanding,  whether  written  or oral, relating to the subject
  59. matter of this license.
