This is one of the rings created as a gift to the Sura clans by the same smiths who forged the Imperial Signet ring for God Emperor Garul I. Each clan was given one of these rings, to signify the uniting of Imperial and Sura forces, although in truth it was a continuous influx of money which kept the mercenary Sura loyal.
