Nicely Crafted Entertainment Limited provide you with this software on an "as is" basis. You are permitted to use the software under Nicely Crafted Entertainment Limited Terms and Conditions, which are abbreviated here, but can be found in full on the Nicely Crafted Website at http://www.nicelycrafted.com/todc/privacy.htm.  By clicking "ACCEPT" below you are agreeing to be bound by those terms and conditions.

Nicely Crafted Entertainment Ltd. will make every possible effort to ensure that the game servers are operational at all times. In the event of unscheduled downtime, we will post details of why, when and what steps we've taken to avoid the problem in the future to our newsgroups. We take software stability very seriously, and any help you are able to give in identifying issues and problems is greatly appreciated.

  11. 1. Abusive behaviour will not be tolerated. This is a game, and you're meant to have fun. If any player verbally abuses, threatens or otherwise behaves in an unacceptable way then that player will be warned. Further unacceptable behaviour may result in account termination. If you feel that a player has behaved unacceptably, please report it to us immediately along with details of the incident.

  13. 2. Please moderate your language when you don't know who you're talking to. Continuous bad language in the public forums (the 8th house and our web forums) or sent to players privately counts as "Abusive Behaviour" (as described above).

We wish to make Time of Defiance the best game we possibly can. Please provide us with feedback on all aspects of game play. In particular, let us know what's cool and what's not. We want to hear the good stuff as well as the bad stuff. Please post all enhancement requests and bug reports to our newsgroups. If you are unable to access newsgroups, then you can e-mail bug reports to todbugs@nicelycrafted.com.
