XDesk95 is a personal organizer including a Calendar, Diary, Alarm Clock, User-Definable Notes Tree of text and tables, Dialer, Mailer and Calculator. It is designed to be easy to use yet powerful.
Combined Calendar, Diary and Alarm Clock:
A Schedule can be displayed from your diary. Anniversaries, cancelled events and completed events are also supported. The alarms are (optionally) audible with a post-it style note on the desktop.
User-Definable Notes Tree:
This typically includes your address books, to-do lists, project information, handy data or whatever you like in any format you like. The "tree" is similar to a directory structure. Each "page" can either be normal text or a sortable data table with one-click Automated Phone Dialling & e-mailing.
Scientific / Engineering Calculator:
This RPN calculator provides trignometric and logarithmic functions, factorial, hexadecimal, engineering multipliers and display with an 8 level stack.
INSTALLATION
============
Run the single executable file, you will be prompted for a destination directory (default is C:\XDESK95). Shortcuts will also be created.
SHAREWARE
=========
XDesk95 is shareware. You may freely use the programme for 30 days for evaluation purposes. To continue using XDesk95 you must purchase a register key from an on-line vendor (see the XDesk95 web page accessible from the About Box).
DISTRIBUTION
============
This programme may be freely distributerd in its original pre-installation form. Software keys are NOT to be disclosed or distributed to a 3rd party.
