  1. License Agreement
  2. By copying or using this Close Combat Trial Version, you indicate your
  3. agreement to the terms of this license agreement. If you do not agree
  4. to the terms herein, you are not authorized to copy or use the Trial
  5. Version.

  7. The Close Combat Trial Version,  including any images, photographs,
  8. animations,video, audio, music and text incorporated in the Trial
  9. Version, is owned by Microsoft or its suppliers and is protected
  10. by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
  11. Except to the extent expressly licensed herein, all rights are
  12. reserved to Microsoft and its suppliers. You may not reverse engineer,
  13. decompile, or disassemble the Trial Version.

  15. Limited Warranty and Limitation of remedies:

  17. NO WARRANTIES. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable
  18. law, Microsoft expressly disclaims any warranty for the Close
  19. Combat Trial Version. The Trial Version and any related
  20. documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any
  21. kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation,
  22. the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a
  23. particular purpose.  The entire risk arising out of use or
  24. performance of the Trial Version remains with you.

  26. Microsoft's entire liability and your exclusive remedy, at Microsoft's
  27. option,  shall be the cost of the Trial Version or its replacement
  28. with another copy of the Trial Version. To the maximum extent
  29. permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Microsoft or its
  30. suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without
  31. limitation, damages for loss of business profit, business
  32. interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary
  33. loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this Microsoft
  34. product, even if Microsoft has been advised of the possibility
  35. of such damages.

  37. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or 
  38. limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the 
  39. above limitation may not apply to you.
