  4. Sega Touring Car Championship 1.02 is an upgrade module for earlier versions of Sega Touring Car Championship.

  6. Please Note:
  7. For multi-player games, all players must be using the same version of Sega Touring Car Championship.

  9. Sega Touring Car Championship 1.02 contains the following updates:

  11. Addition functions:
  12. This Sega Touring Car Championship 1.02 is now compatible with Microsoft Direct3D, allowing for improved graphics. DirectDraw and Direct3D options can now be selected from the Graphics menu. 
  13. Selecting Direct3D in the Graphics menu results in superior quality graphics rendering, adding to the game's enjoyment.

  16. This Sega Touring Car Championship 1.02 is now compatible with the following graphics board chips:
  17. NVIDIA RIVA128, 3Dfx Voodoo Graphics, 3Dlabs PERMEDIA 2,
  18. The VRAM on your 3D graphics expansion board should be at least 4Mb.

  20. Revisions:
  21. The Global Ranking Board problem, wherein all competitors were registered as being form Japan, has been fixed.
  22. Problems with the Ghost Car function in Time Attack Mode, using an analogue joystick, have been fixed.

  25. If you wish to use saved Ghost Car data, please ensure that you use the same version of Sega Touring Car Championship that was used to save the data. Ghost Car data saved using earlier versions of Sega Touring Car Championship cannot be used in Sega Touring Car Championship 1.02.

  28. Data saved using Sega Touring Car Championship1.02 cannot be used in earlier versions of Sega Touring Car Championship. If Sega Touring Car Championship 1.02 data is used in earlier versions of Sega Touring Car Championship, correct operation of the game cannot be guaranteed.
