  2. This is the shareware version of Unicom 3.1d.

  4. If you obtained Unicom 3.1d from a BBS or
  5. electronic service, you need both
  6. UC31d-1.zip and UC31d-2.zip.
  7.  
  8. (On CompuServe the files are named:
  9.  UC31d1.ZIP and UC31d2.ZIP)
  10.  
  11. Unzip both these files into the same
  12. directory then proceed with the installation
  13. below starting with step 2.

  34. Installing Unicom 3.1d
  35.  
  36. All the files on this distribution are
  37. compressed (except the install program and this one)
  38. and are denoted with an underscore in the
  39. file extension.
  40.  
  41. You must use the provided INSTALL.EXE
  42. program to install this distribution
  43. on your computer for both 1st time
  44. and upgrade installations.
  45.  
  46. To Install Unicom 3.1d:
  47.  
  48. 1) Insert the distribution disk 
  49.    into the appropriate drive.
  50.  
  51. 2) Activate INSTALL.EXE on the install
  52.    drive using the Windows File Manager.
  53.  
  54. 3) You will be prompted for a
  55.    source and destination file path.
  56.    Enter the desired paths into
  57.    the edit fields.
  58.  
  59. 4) Sit back and relax.
