  17. <p>    When it comes to teaching right from wrong, few people are
  18. more qualified than convicted Watergate conspirator Jeb
  19. Magruder. Now a minister in Columbus, the former Nixon aide,
  20. who pleaded guilty to perjury, heads the city's Commission on
  21. Ethics and Values, which last week launched a campaign aimed at
  22. inspiring honesty in local citizens. The group was created last
  23. year, after the door of an armored car popped open, spilling
  24. about $1 million onto a highway; most of the cash was never
  25. returned. Funded by private donations, the "Take an Honest
  26. Look" campaign will feature forums, TV spots and award plaques
  27. to "role models" like the two hotel maids who found a shoe box
  28. containing $65,000 in a room and turned it in. Says Magruder:
  29. "It could have been different in Watergate if there had been
  30. continuing emphasis on good values."
