  18. <p>     The CERTIFIED sticker found on most strollers, carriages and
  19. children's furniture probably gives many parents peace of mind
  20. about a product's safety. But according to a Consumer Reports
  21. study, the seal of approval given by the Juvenile Products
  22. Manufacturing Association may be less than meets the eye. When
  23. the magazine tested 22 high chairs bearing the sticker, several
  24. of them failed to meet safety standards set by the association.
  25. Says Maura Bray, spokeswoman for the JPMA: "We still are
  26. investigating that claim. If there is a problem, I can guarantee
  27. it will be reconciled--quickly."
