  18. <p>     Someone's in the kitchen, and it's Graham Kerr, 56, the
  19. erstwhile Galloping Gourmet who rode the airwaves during the
  20. 1970s with his saucy cooking program. On his new syndicated
  21. show, debuting next month, the ebullient chef says this time
  22. he won't be "swigging wine mercilessly through the program."
  23. Besides removing alcohol, he is sparing of salt, sugar and fat,
  24. and every dish must be approved by the American Heart
  25. Association. This from a man who used to call nutritionists
  26. "ladies in starched white uniforms with trembling tablespoons
  27. who had not yet lived." Guess he's had to eat those words.
