  1. X-Men Theme

  4. Unzip everything to /Plus!/Themes
  5.  
  6. Then change the computer resolution to 16-bit highcolor
  7.  
  8. Do this by right clicking on the desktop and pick properties
  9.   go to the settings tab and then change from 256 colors
  10.   to 16-bit highcolor.

  14. The Theme,Icons and some of the animated cursors were made by me,
  15. and the rest was found on the net.
