  1. The Windows 95 Freddy Krueger Theme
  2. (Freeware, Freely Distributable)
  3. Instructions
  4. ╖ Stick Freddy wallpaper.bmp into your Windows directory.
  5. ╖ Stick the icons and cursors in your Program Files\Plus!\Themes
  6.   Folder.  If you don't have Plus! then just make a folder called
  7.   "Freddy" somewhere.  
  8. ╖ Stick all the Sound Files in your Program Files\Plus!\Themes (or
  9.   "Freddy") folder.
  10. ╖ Download the Startup/Shutdown Screen set*, and follow the directions
  11.   inlcuded with that.
  12. ╖ Go into Control Panel, select the Themes program.  If you don't have
  13.   one, use the Mouse applet instead to select the cursors you want.
  14.   As for the icons, you can either edit the registry (instructions for
  15.   that are included in the "icon single" ZIPs*) or download a program
  16.   like Microangelo 2.1 (un-paid plug), available at 
  17.   ftp://ftp.impactsoft.com/pub/impactsoft/ma21.zip  
  18.   ,to do it for you.
  19. ╖ Go to the Control Panel Display aplpet, and select
  20.   "Freddy wallpaper.bmp" as your wallpaper.
