  6. PURPOSE
  7.    Patch the executable of AWeb version 1.3 to open locale.library
  8.    version 38 instead of 39.
  9.  
  10. BACKGROUND
  11.    For reasons unknown to us mortal people Commodore has released
  12.    version 39 (OS 3.0) of the Amiga OS with some libraries still
  13.    having versions lower than 39. AWeb 1.3 tries to open locale.library
  14.    version 39. If you own OS 3.0, this will fail. Use this program to
  15.    patch AWeb 1.3 to open locale.library version 38.

  17. USAGE
  18.    patch <filename>
  19.  
  20.    <filename> is the name of the AWeb executable to be patched.
  21.  
  22. WARNING
  23.    Use this program entirely at your own risk!
  24.    Make a backup of the original executable before you patch!
