V36NoClick
written 1992 by Klaus Deppisch
Function: V36NoClick sets the 'NoClick'-Bit for all connected
drives. If your machine runs with a 68000/68010, also
the steprate will be set to 2000 (original 3000).
If your drive doesn't work with '2000', you have to
change the included source and assemble it. (A68K)
The steprate shouldn't be < 2000. With 68020 or
better the steprate mustn't be set < 3000 !!!

(in startup-sequence before IPrefs use V36NoClick >NIL:)
Requirements: Kickstart 2.0 or higher
