  6. Disk Imaging Program (DIP) V1.0 by Shamus Husheer.

  8. This is a piece of software somewhat similar to DMS or PackDev.  It reads a
  9. floppy disk (or a device that looks like a disk) to a file.  That file can
  10. then be packed with whatever archiver you want, and stored or transmitted.
  11. Later the file is written back to the disk (or device) as though a direct
  12. track based copy had been done.  This preserves all disk structure.

  16.  - DIP Includes Sources (in assembler)
  17.  - DIP Reads ALL tracks of a disk, ensuring a true copy (unlike DMS)
  18.  - DIP files can be directly used as FMS floppy unit files
  19.  - DIP is 1908 bytes (uncompressed)!!!!!
