  9. using a program that uses the Games Master System (GMS), you will have
  10. accepted the following terms and conditions.

  12. COPYRIGHT.  This software is copyright.  You may not decompile,
  13. disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise manipulate the software so as to
  14. derive its source code.  Unauthorised programs using or emulating the Games
  15. Master System is strictly prohibited.  Some files are the copyright of
  16. their respective authors and are subject to their own terms and conditions.
  17. Breach of copyright is punishable by national and international copyright
  18. laws.

  20. DEVELOPERS LICENSE.  Authors of GMS programs must obtain an official
  21. license before public distribution of said programs.  Failure to obtain a
  22. license may impede certain penalties as outlined in the licensing agreement
  23. file.

  26. functions contained in the software will meet your requirements or that the
