  12. This installer requires the Alien Breed II AGA ORIGINAL disks (there are 3).

  19. - HiScores saves on floppy or on harddrive
  20. - Needs less memory

  27. To save scores to floppy, just set the NOOSSWAP tooltype/argument.
  28. If you save to hard drive, be careful not to use a copyback cache on your HD partition,
  29. else you could corrupt the partition (but this would only happen if you reset
  30. without quitting the game properly).

  33. The HD-Patched game will need about 4Mb of memory.
  34. It should work on kick 3.x and CPUs higher or equal to 68020. You also need AGA
  35. to run this game :-)

  39. Note: I created and tested this package with a A1200/060/50 16Mb, so there should
  40. be no problems for all 680x0 CPUs (caches,chipset...). It degrades display properly
  41. so Multiscan users won't have any sprite or screen problem.
  42. The game was also patched for NTSC users.

  44. When the disks are copied during installation, the pointer freezes. That's
  45. normal cause the game uses a custom trackload routine (copy-protection), and
  46. it does not easily multitask. No checks are done to see if you swapped the disks
  47. or not.
