  1. PRIMARY                                                         MATHEMATICS

  3. ANIMATED BUGS is a board game for young children.  It is full of color, sound and animation.
  4. The child can choose from five different garden backgrounds. Mini-animations and full-screen
  5. animations are also featured.  Two players can play the game (one or both can be the
  6. computer). Movement is determined by a spinner that can be either numbers, colors, or shapes.
  7. Game play involves two bugs that move along a path to the end of the board. Along the way
  8. the bugs can encounter squares with A's in them,  which give a mini-animation with sound, or
  9. a ? symbol which can cause the player to move forward or backward several spaces. The number
  10. of ?'s is adjustable to set the level of "trickiness".  At the  end of the game,  one of
  11. five  different animated movie-rewards are shown.   To avoid the upset of possible loss by a
  12. child, the bug that is behind at the end says "Wait for me!" and flies to catch up.
