Celeron300AをFSB100MHzで駆動させた場合の測定例です。
Celeron300AはL1キャッシュが16KB+16KB、内蔵L2キャッシュが128KBあります。
Buffered AccessのReadを見るとキャッシュの切れ目がよくわかります。L1、L2、
メインメモリの3段階があるため、3種類の転送レートが測定されるわけです。

FW-TI5VGFは外部キャッシュ2MBを搭載しています。Buffered AccessのReadに着目すると、4KB~32KBで約1100MB/sec、64KB~2048KBで約400MB/sec、4096KB~で約200MB/secの転送レートが測定されています。64KB~2048KBにおいて他とは明らかに異なる結果が測定されていることから、外部キャッシュ2MBが確かに動作していることがわかります。
