  11.     32bit C Compiler.
  12.     Resource Compiler.

  15. I explain by "Visual C++ 5.0".

  17. 1.Make New Project "TAR32".
  18.   Project Type is Win32 Dynamic-Link Library.
  19. 2.Add all files in src directory to project.
  20.   not only ".c" file but also ".rc",".def" file.
  21. 3.Let's Compile! praying successing...
