  1. YOVA 1.0 beta - Yet Another Version of Attacks 
  2. by Michael Banks and Eben Stewart

  4.   This would be our first attempt at a piece of shareware 
  5. software.  This game is based on a slightly well known arcade 
  6. game called Attacks.  This beta version should have all the 
  7. bugs worked out (like munching on system resources, but you can 
  8. never get all the bugs out), but we would like to have people 
  9. playtest it and tell us what you think (just some positive 
  10. criticism).  We are working on more for the future.  If you 
  11. like it and have deep pockets, please send any contribution you 
  12. feel is fair.  It's the typical starving college student with 
  13. lots of spare time syndrome.

  33. AI ROUTINES

  35. A note about the AI (computer player) routines - this was my 
  36. first attempt at an 'intelligent' computer player - it turned 
  37. out that it is much smarter than I had intended - even the 
  38. beginner is quite hard.  As stated in the dialog box, none of 
  39. the routines release control to the system until a move is 
  40. chosen (I know, bad Windows Programmer, bad Windows 
  41. Programmer).  I am working on this for the final release.
