  4. ║    CIVED  Version 1.4 of CIVEDX (replaces version 1.3) utility to           ║
  5. ║           display & modify the Military Unit, City Improvement              ║
  6. ║           (including WOWs), Terrain, Tech and Leader values in              ║
  7. ║           Civilization. NEW FEATURES: Edit Tech Advances, Edit names,       ║
  8. ║           mouse support. This utility updates the tables in the CIV.EXE     ║
  9. ║           file so changes are permanent. Should work with any version       ║
  10. ║           of Civilization.                                                  ║

  12. ║    MULCIV MULTICIV is a version of CIVILIZATION that has been patched       ║
  13. ║           in order to allow multiple players. This program has been         ║
  14. ║           uploaded with the knowledge and consent of MicroProse,            ║
  15. ║           publishers of CIVILIZATION, but it is *NOT* a MicroProse          ║
  16. ║           product, nor do they support it in any way. The original          ║
  17. ║           author of this patched version is unknown, and it appears to      ║
  18. ║           be public domain. The program simply began to circulate on        ║
  19. ║           BBSes around the country, and has been uploaded here for the      ║
  20. ║           enjoyment of members.                                             ║

  22. ║    CIVUNI New unit values (including some changes to advances required      ║
  23. ║           for both units, improvements, and WoWs) for Sid Meier's           ║
  24. ║           Civilization(tm).  Includes binary and text files in CIVEDX       ║
  25. ║           format, and an explanatory essay in ASCII text. Requires          ║
  26. ║           CIVEDX.EXE to load values.                                        ║

  28. ║    CIVLDR Tired of getting beat up by the Mongols? Then switch sides        ║
  29. ║           and join them. CIVLDR is a utility to let you switch which        ║
  30. ║           civ you are ruling.  You can also change the amount in that       ║
  31. ║           civ's treasury. To just give yourself more money, select to       ║
  32. ║           lead your own civ and bump the treasury up. To use, unzip and     ║
  33. ║           type CIVLDR for a brief help screen.                              ║

  35. ║    CIVCHE This TSR once installed will reside in the memory and             ║
  36. ║           automatically reset your budget to Maximum in Civilization.       ║
  37. ║           No need to keep on exiting from the game, changing your saved     ║
  38. ║           game and then starting again, this TSR does it as soon as you     ║
  39. ║           use your budget.                                                  ║

  41. ║    CIVRAS CIVILIZATION alternate military units designed by Redmond         ║
  42. ║           Simonsen using CIVEDX (which is required to install these         ║
  43. ║           units). These values are experimental in nature but have been     ║
  44. ║           found to produce a more fluid and faster moving game.             ║

  46. ║    So I set out to get just ONE file for Civilization, as a favor to a      ║
