  1. Please be aware that by downloading this BIOS and flashing it, you
  2. agree that in the event of a BIOS flash failure, you must contact
  3. your dealer for a replacement BIOS.  There are no exceptions.
  4. Tyan does not have a policy of replacing BIOS chips directly with
  5. end users.  ALL BIOS REVISIONS ARE RELEASED ON AN AS-IS BASIS.

  12. The flash utility is included with this archive.  As a measure to ensure
  13. that you read this file and understand it, we have renamed the flash
  14. utilities.  To flash the BIOS rename the following file where applicable:

  16. BIOS.HEX - rename to AWDFLASH.EXE - Used for Award *.BIN BIOS FILES ONLY
  17. BIOS.OCT - rename to AMIFLASH.COM - Used for AMI *.ROM BIOS FILES ONLY
