  5. If you're running an earlier version of StartRight, it is recommended that
  6. you "Include" all "Excluded" programs after you install this new version.
  7. Previous programs that StartRight could not manage can now be managed because
  8. of the new Two Phase execution method. StartRight now longer needs to AutoExclude
  9. problem programs.
