  1. FirstCap is "unsupported freeware."

  3. This program is freeware and it can be freely used, distributed and copied, 
  4. whether for private or commercial uses, provided it's always distributed 
  5. in its original and complete installation package, without removing, adding 
  6. or modifying any file; you can not distribute partial sets of files forming 
  7. the installation package; you can not charge any fee of any kind for 
  8. distribution of the program, or report false informations about the author 
  9. or the program license; this program can also be freely distributed from 
  10. internet sites, memory supports or any other mass distribution media, 
  11. provided you respect all previous terms, and provided you always mention 
  12. program author and homepage, and provided you inform the author about that.

  31. OF AN IMPLIED WARRANTY, SO THIS DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU AND YOU
