  3.     You can write what you want in the files, and index the
  4. subjects you want.
  5.  
  6.     Topics are indicated by an opened parenthesis followed by
  7. an extended VDI styles combination:
  8.     bit 0:    {Bold}.            used for indexes.
  9.     bit 1:    {Light}.
  10.     bit 2:    {Italic}.
  11.     bit 3:    {Underlined}.        used for titles.
  12.     bit 4:    {Outlined}.
  13.     bit 5:    No style.            because 0x0 is used for strings!
  14.     bit 6:    Graphics.             not implemented.
  15.     bit 7:    Invisible text.        used for multi-indexes.

  17.     You can also use tabs (help tab is always 4 spaces).
