  12. FilesBBS Manager is a GEM file maintenance program for BBS programs 
  13. that utilize a FILES.BBS file. 
  14.  
  15. FEATURES: 
  16. --------
  17. 1.  GEM Interface with Window'd & Non-Modal Dialogs.
  18. 2.  Editor for modifing each file entry.
  19. 3.  Copy, Move, Delete, Rename, and Touch Files.
  20. 4.  Upload(s) - Either one at a time of as a group with auto checking
  21.     for FILE_ID.DIZ/*.UPL files, plus descriptions obtained from GIF 
  22.     and MOD files automatically.
  23. 5.  List Archive - List Archive contents into a Window.
  24. 6.  Extract Archive -  Extract a single file from a Archive.
  25. 7.  Make FILE_ID.DIZ - Automatically Adds to archive using current 
  26.     description. (Uses 46 character standard for each line)
  27. 8.  Extract .DIZ/UPL - Automatically checks archive contents and if 
  28.     found loads it into description editor for you to accept or 
  29.     cancel.
  30. 9.  Convert Archive - Convert Archive types ZIP, LZH, LHA, ZOO, ARJ 
  31.     into anyone of the above formats. (ARJBETA required for ARJ 
  32.     archives). Option available to add FILE_ID.DIZ during conversion.
  33. 10. Sort Areas into Alphabetical order.
  34. 11. Search for a file or description across all file areas.
  35. 12. Execute external programs and preconfigure programs to pass a 
  36.     defined or with the filename on it. (Great for viewing GIFs or 
  37.     playing MOD files.
  38. 13. FBM supports Octopus BBS, QuickBBS, TickEcho.BBS files, and a 
  39.     internal FBM.DAT file (if desired).
  40. 14. Additional options avialable - 3D Dialogs (16 colors required), 
  41.     Grow/Shink dialogs, Create Log File, Extended File Descriptions, 
  42.     and auto backup of FILES.BBS during a Save.

  46.     Now for the bad news that everyone hates to hear. FilesBBS Manager 
  47. is ShareWare and what that means to you the user is that you are free 
  48. to use the program in it's current configuration as long as you 
  49. desire. Only problem with that is that un-registered versions will 
  50. have a 10 second delay at the start and end of the program, all other 
  51. functions are operational. You can obtain a demo key to try out the 
  52. program for 30 days to see if you like it or not. After that time if 
  53. you decide to register the program you will be required to pay either 
  54. $15 or it's equilivant depending on where you register the program at. For  more

  63.     FilesBBS Manager is ShareWare in other words you have the option 
  64. to try out the program before you buy. If after 30 days you like the 
  65. you should register it. Cost to you is $15, or £10. At present, 
  66. un-registered copies of FilesBBS Manager display a 10 secound Add at 
  67. boot up and when you exit the program. A demo key is available that is 
  68. good for 30 days to fully test out the program, after that time you 
  69. can decide whether or not you want to register.

  71.     Temporary Keys can be obtained by contacting either John Curtis, 
  72. Andy Taylor, or Al Peterson at the NetWork Address's listed or by 
  73. calling the BBS and leaving a message addressed to Sysop.

  77. application that is built into FilesBBS Manager.
