  1. What's new in Backward 2.60-2.63 :

  3. - NEW FEATURES :
  4. 1  Allow ST-like NTSC/PAL toggling for multiscan and RGB monitors and for TV
  5.   sets. New shortcuts allowing manual Toggling : [Ctrl][Alt][6] (numeric pad).

  7. 2  Allow Autoboot for recognised disks. Pressing [Ctrl] while launching Backward
  8.   has the same effect as the option.
  9.  
  10. 3 Keyboard reset available all times, even under games. Still [Ctrl][Alt][Del].
  11.  
  12. 4 New TOS patches. Falcon works now (and many others I hope).
  13.  
  14. 5 Privilege error handling; TOS does it also, but some programs alter the
  15.   vector, crashing for being too clever.

  17. 6 Disk oriented system calls are now corrected.
  18.  
  19. - Improved code for Bus error handling, especially for Corrected mode.
  20.   Faster code, allowing more games to run with Corrected Mode.
  21. - Improved memory protection handling, no more bus errors when accessing
  22.   unavailable memory. ST mode should not be required any more.
  23. - A patch protocol is under evaluation for still crashing programs.
