Sorry to jump on the bandwagon like this, but after playing Doom Hockey I was desperate to have a go myself, and the result is Doom Pool. Unfortunately, you're not going to get a very good game of pool out of this because a) There are only 10 "balls"
and b)All the balls are the same colour.
However, I hope the qualities of Doom make up for this.
One thing - it is useful to have a copy of Doom Hockey's alternative doom.exe file. Using this once in the game simply type idkfa to receive full ammo. If you are not able to obtain a copy of this exe file simply type iddqd before starting to shoot.
If you get stuck in a pocket type idspispopd to be able to walk out, then type idspispopd again to return to normal.
You may have a problem with getting the soldiers into the pockets. I find the best way is to use the rocket launcher to manoeuvre the soldier towards the pocket then quickly switch to the chain gun to push them in. With a bit of practice it gets easier.
Feel free to edit the table as you wish (you could probably do a better job than I have) but otherwise normal rules apply. Credits go to DoomEd, Seth Cohn (the author of Doom Hockey) and of course Id.
