  49.   copyrighted by their respective owners and may require registration
  50.   and payment to the authors. ID Software had nothing to do with CD and
  51.   will not provide support for anything other than the sharware version
  52.   of DOOM. ALL DOOM Utilities require the the registered version of DOOM.
  53.   CD Rom User Group (UK) retains copyright not covered by the above and to
  54.   the collection as a whole. The title 'WADS OF WADS' is specific to this 
  55.   collection.

  58.   attributed within the CD where origination text was available. All the
  59.   archives and files have been passed for distribution by the CD Rom
  60.   User Group (UK). We cannot offer any technical support or otherwise to the 
  61.   individual files and utilities on this disc, any problems with the files
  62.   contained herein should be taken up with the authors. Whilst extensive
  63.   checking has taken place we cannot guarantee that all programs contained
  64.   will function 100% on all IBM or Compatible computers configurations.

  67.   however, cannot accept any responsibility to loss of data or damage to your

  75. (compilation copyright) under the Copyright laws.

  96. personal use!  No re-sale or re-distribution for profit is allowed

  99. PLEASE NOTE:  Due to the large number of files available, the CD ROM USER
  100. GROUP (UK) cannot possibly attempt to validate the proper operation of the
  101. various programs.  When a program bug is reported, immediate action is taken
  102. to remove the offending program from the compilation.  Still, users must
  103. understand that all programs are offered AS IS, and the CD Rom User Group
  104. (UK) specifically disclaim any liability should these programs malfunction
  105. or cause damage, incidental or otherwise.

  107. When testing ANY new software, be certain that all information stored on
  108. disk is backed-up before you start, so that you can recover if files
  109. are damaged or erased.  This is particularly true if you have a hard
  110. disk, in which case malfunctions can be spectacularly disastrous.
