  2. Beta Information:

  4.    This is a genral public beta test.  As such, be prepared for
  5.    possible bugs (and if you find one, email me please).  
  6.    The purpose of distributing this beta is to gauge the
  7.    interest in the program, elecit comments, and because it
  8.    is a 2-player game, the best form of testing is by numerous
  9.    different folks trying to play the game.
  10.  
  11.    If nothing else, at least it will give you a taste of
  12.    of what the final release version will be like.

  14.    Since this is currently a 2-player TCPIP game, I would
  15.    recommend trying to drum up opponents on the #OS/2 IRC channel
  16.    for the time being.

  18.    Keep watching the main FTP sites for the full release version!

  21.    MMPM/2
  22.    800x600 or greater screen resolution
  23.    TCP/IP (TIA may work as client only)

  27.    This is a public beta test of a new 2-player strategy wargame.
  28.    All the rules are available in the online help file.  During
  29.    the Beta test period, registration (and all features of the
  30.    game requiring registration) will be unavailable.  Full
  31.    registration instructions will be given in the 'Release
  32.    Version'.
