%05INTERMEM PROFESSIONAL MESSAGE HELP
%05MESSAGE BASICS
%01The Events%00 When you boot up your
computer the events scheduled for the
day are displayed. When you select
SEARCH from Calendar mode the results
of the search are displayed. When
you select a button on the calendar
that is sitting on a colored square
the events scheduled for that day
are displayed. Any way you got
here you are looking at one of
the above. Each event sits on its
own panel and each event can be
edited/deleted and, if you just
booted the computer, updated.
%01More%00 If this button appears that
means you have more events than can
be displayed on the screen at once.
Click this button to see the rest
of the events.
%01Back a Page%00 This lets you go
back a page and view/edit/delete
the previous events.
%01Edit%00 Lets you edit an event displayed
on the screen. If you click this button
and there are multiple events, number
@
buttons pop up on the left side of the
screen and enumerate each event. Click
one of these buttons, or press the
number on your keyboard to specify the
event you want to edit. When the number
buttons are displayed click DONE to
cancel the edit.
%01Delete%00 Lets you delete an event
displayed on the screen. Again, if
there are multipe events number
buttons appear allowing you to
specify which event you want to
delete. You will always be asked
to confirm the delete.
%01DONE & UPDATE%00 When you boot
your computer the first time that
day and you are done viewing
the days messages, click this
button. DONE & UPDATE will update
the events and prepare them for
the next time they are set to
occur.
%01DONE%00 Quits to the CALENDAR.
Note! If DONE & UPDATE is displayed
on the screen you should choose
this option NOT the DONE option.
DONE does NOT update the events,
so next time you boot up they will
still be there.
@
%01HINTS%00 Press ENTER to select
the outlined event (the default
event). Press ESCAPE to select
DONE.
