  3. %05MESSAGE BASICS
  4.  
  5. %01The Events%00  When you boot up your
  6. computer the events scheduled for the
  7. day are displayed.  When you select
  8. SEARCH from Calendar mode the results
  9. of the search are displayed.  When
  10. you select a button on the calendar
  11. that is sitting on a colored square
  12. the events scheduled for that day
  13. are displayed.  Any way you got
  14. here you are looking at one of
  15. the above.  Each event sits on its
  16. own panel and each event can be
  17. edited/deleted and, if you just
  18. booted the computer, updated.
  19.  
  20. %01More%00  If this button appears that
  21. means you have more events than can
  22. be displayed on the screen at once.
  23. Click this button to see the rest
  24. of the events.
  25.  
  26. %01Back a Page%00  This lets you go
  27. back a page and view/edit/delete
  28. the previous events.
  29.  
  30. %01Edit%00  Lets you edit an event displayed
  31. on the screen.  If you click this button
  32. and there are multiple events, number
  33. @
  34. buttons pop up on the left side of the
  35. screen and enumerate each event.  Click
  36. one of these buttons, or press the
  37. number on your keyboard to specify the
  38. event you want to edit.  When the number
  39. buttons are displayed click DONE to
  40. cancel the edit.

  42. %01Delete%00  Lets you delete an event
  43. displayed on the screen.  Again, if
  44. there are multipe events number
  45. buttons appear allowing you to
  46. specify which event you want to
  47. delete.  You will always be asked
  48. to confirm the delete.

  50. %01DONE & UPDATE%00  When you boot
  51. your computer the first time that
  52. day and you are done viewing
  53. the days messages, click this
  54. button.  DONE & UPDATE will update
  55. the events and prepare them for
  56. the next time they are set to
  57. occur.
  58.  
  59. %01DONE%00  Quits to the CALENDAR.
  60. Note!  If DONE & UPDATE is displayed
  61. on the screen you should choose
  62. this option NOT the DONE option.
  63. DONE does NOT update the events,
  64. so next time you boot up they will
  65. still be there.

  67. %01HINTS%00  Press ENTER to select
  68. the outlined event (the default
  69. event).  Press ESCAPE to select
  70. DONE.
