  97.  COMPETETIVE UPGRADES

  99.  For a limited period, users of any commercial Windows datacommunications
  100.  software can now upgrade to Telix for Windows for a special price.  This
  101.  is called a "competetive upgrade". If you own a recent commercial Windows
  102.  datacommunications package you can apply for this special upgrade price.
  103.  The package you own must be priced (retail) equally or higher than Telix
  104.  for Windows (Hfl. 239,00 ex.VAT). Include both the serial number of your
  105.  Windows communications software and a copy of your invoice or any other
  106.  proof of purchase. Orders for a competetive upgrade are ONLY accepted
  107.  when proof of purchase and product serial number are included with your
  108.  Telix for Windows order.

  110.  FOREIGN ORDERS
  111.  --------------
  112.  The Owl's Nest is the exclusive distributor for the Telix software within
  113.  the Benelux. Therefore we ofcourse welcome orders from these (or other)
  114.  countries. There are however a few things to keep in mind:
  115.  
  116.  1. If you place an order as a company based within the EEG/EEC, then
  117.     enter your company VAT/BTW/MWST number on the orderform. The VAT
  118.     charges will then be applied under EEC tax rules.
  119.  
  120.  2. If you send us Eurochecks, then enter the total order amount in DUTCH
  121.     currency (Hfl.). We are unable to accept checks in other currencies!
  122.     Also don't forget to enter your bank card number on the back of the
  123.     check.

  125.  3. If you use a bank/giro wire transfer, you will need to add Hfl. 15,00
  126.     to the total order amount. These are the charges made to us for such
  127.     a transaction.
