  15.      To register TB-Point or TB-Edit, fill out this registration form
  16.      correctly and send it to one of the registration sites. We prefer to
  17.      receive it by netmail. In that case you will usually also get your key
  18.      faster.

  33.      If you have already registered TB-Edit 1.1x or higher when registering
  34.      TB-Point, you can get a discount of US$10 (NLG/DM 18), or US$7 for the
  35.      former USSR. Registrations and pricing for former USSR exclusively via
  36.      Lithuanian registration site.
  37.      Special arrangements are possible, please contact the Dutch or the
  38.      Lithuanian registration sites if you want to discuss this.

  40.      If the amount is insufficient because of additional transfer costs or
  41.      check bouncing, the registration cannot be accepted.
  42.  
  43.      Keys will be sent by crash netmail (if available) as soon as possible
  44.      after the registration form and fee are received. The customer will
  45.      in any case always receive the registration key by normal mail too.
  46.  
  47.      You can send all comments, questions, remarks, bug reports, suggestions,
  48.      requests, registration forms and fees to/via the registration sites.

  74.      Notes on the registration form

  77.           1. This text is used to generate your registration key.
  78.              Include a separate list when registering multiple copies.
  79.              Multiple licenses per registration username/key is possible.
  80.  
  81.           2. International Money Orders and EuroCheques MUST be in the
  82.              currency of the registration site. For EuroCheques, don't
  83.              forget the number on the backside.
  84.  
  85.           3. Giro and bank transfers must be in Dutch currency ("HFL").
  86.              For transfers or checks from outside The Netherlands:
  87.              Add HFL 9 for international giro transfers.
  88.              Add HFL 15 (or US$8) for international bank transfers
  89.              In case of any doubt, please contact the registration site
  90.              prior to transferring the money.

  92.           4. From Jan 1st 1993, individual customers in the European
  93.              Community (EC) now directly pay the VAT in the country
  94.              where the product or service was purchased.
  95.              No more VAT refunds / local VAT hassles at the border.
  96.  
  97.              Companies in the EC but outside The Netherlands can purchase
  98.              at a 0% rate if they specify their VAT registration number
  99.              which then needs to be verified at the registration site.
  100.              A VAT registration number consists of 12 digits/letters
  101.              preceded by 2 letters for the country code.
