  4.      "The-Box ... and TB-...." refer to all executables and documentation as
  5.      distributed in the compressed files in which these packages was released.

  7.          *  The-Box Point and The-Box Edit are copyrighted material by
  8.             Arjen G. Lentz and LENTZ SOFTWARE-DEVELOPMENT. The-Box Mailer
  9.             is copyrighted material by Arjen G. Lentz and Jac Kersing.
  10.             The software may only be used in agreement with the conditions
  11.             set out in this license agreement.

  13.          *  This version of TB-Point and TB-Edit are released as shareware.
  14.             TB mailer is free for noncommercial use. TB-Edit and TB mailer
  15.             are included with the TB-Point package, to which as a whole
  16.             the conditions of TB-Point apply.

  18.             -  The following applies to all users of TB-Point or TB-Edit:
  19.                you may use the unregistered version of the software for an
  20.                evaluation period of one month. After this period you MUST
  21.                either register the software or stop using it.

  23.             -  For TB-Point, a distinction is made for use by a single hobbyist
  24.                in the FidoNet environment, and any other use, ie. in a
  25.                commercial environment, such as business, governmental
  26.                organization, association, school, foundation, or any other
  27.                form of juridical person, or any system where the software is
  28.                directly or indirectly used to make profit).
  29.                Arjen G. Lentz and LENTZ SOFTWARE-DEVELOPMENT will decide which
  30.                catagory you belong. Contact us when in doubt.

  32.             -  Unregistered evaluation versions of TB-Point and TB-Edit may be
  33.                distributed freely provided no money or any other compensation
  34.                is asked or accepted without prior written permission from the
  35.                author. Registered versions may only be distributed to
  36.                registered users.

  38.          *  Although care has been taken to write and test the programs that
  39.             do what this document states, all The-Box programs are provided
  40.             as they are, without warranty or guarantee of any kind, either
  41.             expressed or implied, as to the fitness for a particular purposes
  42.             or quality or performance of this program, except that they will
  43.             most likely occupy disk space.
