  5. When registering the RkPlus(tm) Registration Key Library in either the 
  6. United Kingdom or Europe, please use the form below.  If registering in the 
  7. United States or Canada, please use REGISTER.USA instead.
  8.  
  9. RkPlus(tm) is Shareware.  This does not mean it is free! If you use 
  10. RkPlus(tm) to develop software, you are required to register BEFORE 
  11. releasing it.  The registration fee is £19.  If you have already registered 
  12. RkPlus(tm) 2.x, you may upgrade to version 3.3 by paying only the £6 
  13. difference (registration of RkPlus(tm) 2.x was £13).  If you have registered 
  14. RkPlus(tm) 3.x, there is no fee for upgrading to version 3.3.
  15.  
  16. There are no royalties for the distribution of programmes that are written 
  17. with RkPlus(tm).  A single registration fee entitles you to write and 
  18. distribute any number of programmes using RkPlus(tm).
  19.  
  20. Programmes written with unregistered copies of RkPlus(tm) will display the 
  21. message "RkPlus 3.3 Unlicenced Evaluation Copy" when they are first 
  22. executed. There is no delay or beep.  This is NOT intended as an annoyance, 
  23. simply as a gentle reminder that RkPlus(tm) is Shareware and should be 
  24. registered if it is actually used for software development.  Programmes 
  25. written with registered copies of RkPlus(tm) will not display this message.
  26.  
  27. The latest version of RkPlus(tm) is always available to registered users, on 
  28. a diskette with a printed typeset manual for £6.
  29.  
  30. The source code for rKey and RkPlus(tm) are now available to registered 
  31. users of RkPlus(tm).  The source code for rKey is £19 and the source code 
  32. for RkPlus(tm) is £60. Purchasing the source code will licence the user to 
  33. modify the code for use in his/her own programmes.  However, modified 
  34. versions of the units may not be distributed and the source code may not be 
  35. distributed in any form (modified or unmodified).  The source code for 
  36. RkPlus(tm) does not include the source code to the Rkp2Enc and Rkp3Enc 
  37. units, since this could possibly compromise the security of anyone using 
  38. version 2.x and 3.x keys.  When ordering source code, you MUST fill out and 
  39. return LICENCE.FRM.

  76. available.  It is accessable from the Main Menu.  Orders placed here are 
  77. attended to within 24 hours (except when I am on holiday).

  79. If you live in mainland UK, you can also ring your order through on 
  80. 0737-772259 (after 31 October 1993).  Please only ring this number if you 
  81. wish to place a credit card order.  For support, please either send a 
  82. netmail to 2:440/63 or call the BBS (+44-737-778607). Even if you pay by 
  83. Credit Card, please fill out and forward the form below for our records.

  85. All registration keys will be returned within 2 weeks if paid by money or 
  86. postal order.  If paid by personal cheque (UK Bank account) or by a 
  87. GiroCheque, please allow at least 14 days for cheque to clear and payment to 
  88. reach us.  Diskettes, manuals and source code will probably take longer to 
  89. arrive, as these items are shipped from the United States.

  91. Your registration key will allow you to brand your copy of RkPlus(tm) as a 
  92. registered copy, and can also be used to brand updates (3.4, 3.5, 3.6 etc).  
  93. Registered copies of RkPlus(tm) should NOT be distributed.

  96. RkPlus(tm) will be entitled to purchase the "JCSM Shareware Collection (tm)" 
  97. CD-ROM (featuring RkPlus(tm)) for only $9.95 (50% off the regular price of 
  98. $19.95) plus shipping and handling ($2 US, $3 CAN, $5 elsewhere).  
  99. Registered users will be sent a Registration Bonus Certificate which may be 
  100. used to purchase the CD-ROM directly from JCS Marketing.
