  13. level (extra time and higher download limit) to registered users of 
  14. RkPlus(tm) (as well as other Serious Cybernetics shareware).

  16. If you have already registered RkPlus(tm), simply print PHOENIX.FRM, fill it 
  17. out and mail it to the address on the form for immediate access.  
  18. Alternately, you can call the BBS itself and post a message to the system 
  19. operator.  Once your registration has been confirmed, you will receive 
  20. special access.
