  16.         Each client to whom usage is granted of SERIOUS CYBERNETICS source 
  17.     code is bound by agreement to the following :
  18.  
  19.             (1) SERIOUS CYBERNETICS retains all rights to its
  20.                 source codes, including (but not limited to)
  21.                 modification and distribution in source, unit,
  22.                 object, library and executable formats.
  23.  
  24.             (2) SERIOUS CYBERNETICS source code may be distributed
  25.                 by clients, in modified or unmodified form, in
  26.                 executable format ONLY, and must be accredited in
  27.                 all documentation with the following notice:
  28.                 "portions (c) 1991-93 SERIOUS CYBERNETICS".

  30.             (3) SERIOUS CYBERNETICS source code may not be
  31.                 distributed by clients, in modified or unmodified
  32.                 form, in source, unit, object or library format,
  33.                 nor released in software, in those formats, that
  34.                 contains any part thereof.
