  1. I (Bruce A. Mallett) have made a number of bug fixes which (I hope) improves
  2. the utility of this program.  However please note that the makefile I use
  3. (the one included here that has no extention) is tailored for NDMAKE45.  It
  4. should be possible to convert to NMAKE once uSoft gets a version to work as
  5. documented (1.11, as of this writing, does not).
