  9.            Welcome to the third issue of The QuickBASIC Scrapbook,
  10.            published by Quantum Software! This issue is jam-packed
  11.            with over 550K of QuickBASIC code from the QuikBAS echo
  12.            on FidoNet! All information in this issue is considered
  13.            public domain. The information has been broken down 
  14.            into tweleve files with the format QBS103-?.DOC. The
  15.            ? ranges from 1 to C (hexadecimal for novice programmer
  16.            types) It also includes QBSRC010.TXT, which is an 
  17.            interesting article by our own Quinn Tyler Jackson!
  18.            Poor QTJ sent me this article in February, but I was so
  19.            busy getttin QBS together that I forget to include his
  20.            article with the package! Sorry Quinn! Anyway, hope you
  21.            enjoy this issue of QBS.
