1. Japan Airlines "JAL" colors designed from Haruji Futami, Kawasaki, Japan.

Japan Airlines "JAL" specific notes :
Japan Airlines "JAL" has ordered a total of 17 B777-A Series (= B777-200 Series)
to be delivered in a sequence of 3 in 95, 6 in 96, 5 in 97, 2 in 98 and 1 in 1999.
As I'm informed the engine manufacturer is not yet defined. JAL fleet consists now
has ordered (* marks) of:
B747-100, -200, -300, -400, B767, B777*, DC9-41, DC10-30, DC10-40, MD-11, MD-81,
MD-87, MD-90*, A300-B2K, A300-B4-2C, A300-B4-622R, 2 of Beechcraft Super King Air
and 1 of Beechcraft Baron.
21'000 employees are working for this company founded only in 1953.
General Notes :
With an order of 34 aircrafts United Airlines launched at Boeing the B777
programm. Boeing startet to work with various carriers in 1986 on this
project. 2 versions are now in pre- or production phase :
A-series : 229'520 kg max. takeoff weight with
7'500 km distance range
305-328 seats in 3 class configuration or uo to
440 seat in economy only configuration
planned are with 7'960 km range @ 233'600 kg
9'020 km range @ 242'670 kg
B-series : 263'080 kg max. takeoff weight, optional 367'620 kg.
12'200 km distance range
305-328 seats in 3 class configuration or uo to
440 seat in economy only configuration
planned to be availabel in 1996
On the design-desk is the C-version with a fuselage extended approx.
10 m to allow 368 seats (3-class) or up to 550 seats in economy only !
Availabel from Boeing in 1998, from this design company by end of 1993 !
B777 is a direct competitor to the Airbus A330 and A340 (look out in
CompuServe FS-Forum, A340 uploaded, A330 in work).
The SIM file is taken from my own B747 as I would like to have released
the aircraft now. We will deliver adopted B777 files asap, as currently
no datas are availabel from real B777 (1st flight in June 1994).
This aircraft is not for multiplayer use.
