  15. Been playing serial line (null modem) doom for a long time, but
  16. requires lugging my whole system all over the place.

  18.     Friend and I bought 14400 modems (Dynalink 1414VQE) and
  19. now want to do it over the phone lines. 
  20.     First of all couldn't dial 'cos sersetup wants to TONE
  21. dial (aussies don't sometimes have this). Friend got TONE dialling.
  22.  
  23.     Now modem can't detect dial tone (Works normally on
  24. BBSes and all, just I think Sersetup is looking for a TONE diall
  25. tone) Aussies have a burrrrrrrr dial tone.
  26.     Any new patches or anything.??
  27.     Silly thing isn't even dialling....
