  13. I am very annoyed with ID Software's handling of my order of
  14. DOOM !

  16. In APRIL I ordered DOOM by FAX (using the order form appended to
  17. the free version), and ID promptly deducted the money from my credit card.
  18.  
  19. I expected to have to wait up to 8 weeks for it to arrive here in Singapore,
  20. but after 3 month I started complaining (first mistakenly to id.com,
  21. then to info@idsoftware com, and by FAX to the order number).
  22.  
  23. ID has NOT REACTED in ANY WAY, no explanation that/when they shipped it,
  24. no apology or second copy. NOTHING. Total SILENCE.

  26. Now DOOM II is out AND I am actually asking other people NOT TO BUY
  27. it because of IDs bad track record.
